Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Node.js & React.js Expert)Experience: 5 – 7 Years Location: Bangalore Work Mode : Hybrid Employment Type: Full TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with a strong background in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will play a critical role in the architecture, design, development, and deployment of end-to-end solutions using the MERN stack.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.jsBuild RESTful APIs and ensure integration with front-end componentsOptimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsersWrite clean, modular, and reusable code with proper documentation and testingTroubleshoot and debug issues across the stackCollaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality productsParticipate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of development processesEnsure secure coding practices and compliance with best standardsManage deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelinesRequired Skills and Qualifications:5–7 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a focus on Node.js and React.jsDeep understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programmingStrong experience in building scalable backend services using Node.js and ExpressProficient in building rich UI components using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.)Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose, and understanding of NoSQL database designHands-on experience with API design, JWT/Auth, and third-party integrationsFamiliarity with Git, Docker, and modern DevOps practicesKnowledge of performance optimization and security best practicesExperience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.)Nice to Have:Exposure to TypeScriptExperience with GraphQLFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCPKnowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.Note : Immediate & Serving Notice period candidates are prefered
