You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while building systems that scale month-on-month.What We’re Looking For5–9 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (consumer apps preferred)Strong understanding of Indian users, especially Tier 2/3+ audiencesHands-on experience with CRM tools such as WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, or BrazeStrong analytical mindset, comfortable with cohorts, funnels, A/B testing, and performance metricsAbility to craft emotionally resonant communication that drives actionExperience managing or mentoring a small teamBias for action and comfort working in high-ownership, fast-paced environmentsWhat You’ll DoDesign and execute end-to-end CRM journeys from onboarding to reactivationDrive activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and EmailAlign CRM campaigns with product features, user behavior, and festival/astrology calendarsAnalyze user cohorts and channel performance to optimize lifecycle programsBuild dashboards, automate reporting, and create scalable experimentation frameworksMentor and manage CRM executives or specialistsDo your most meaningful work alongside us.
