Direct Sales Manager

Purpose

To acquire and service customers directly for life and Health insurance products, achieving business targets and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source new business through direct sales channels (self-generated & company leads)

Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets

Conduct customer meetings to explain life insurance products & solutions

Build long-term customer relationships for repeat & referral business

Must Haves

Good knowledge of equity, financial, and insurance products

1 to 5 years experience in field sales/ BFSI sales Experience is preferred.

Excellent communication & relationship skills

All Educations and Experience documents must.

Two wheeler Must.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
