Pharmaceutical Production Manager

Key responsibilities:

Direct all manufacturing shift operations to ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to standard operating procedures.Oversee the execution of master batch records, ensuring full documentation compliance for inspections and internal quality audits.Investigate manufacturing deviations, perform root cause analysis using methodologies, and implement effective corrective actions.Manage the performance and professional development of a diverse team of operators, technicians, and floor supervisors within the manufacturing department.Coordinate with the engineering team to oversee the validation and qualification of new processing equipment, utilities, and cleanroom infrastructure.Maintain high levels of workplace safety by enforcing regulations and promoting a culture of hazard identification across all production lines.Collaborate with supply chain and procurement departments to optimize raw material inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production cycle times.Analyze manufacturing process data to identify bottlenecks and lead facility wide initiatives to reduce waste and improve total yield.
