MUTHOOT HOMEFIN – HIRING HR INTERN
We are looking for a HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Candidate Preference: Male
Internship Tenure: 1–6 Months
Stipend: 14,000/month
Performance-Based Extension:
Candidates who demonstrate good performance during the first 6 months may be offered an extension for another 6 months with a stipend of 18,000/month.
Career Opportunity:
After successfully completing 1 year with us, candidates may be considered for a full-time job opportunity, subject to performance and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic to good MS Excel knowledge
- Strong interest in building a career in HR
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Graduation should be in 2024, 2025, 2026, if persuing it should be 3 year persuing any steam.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: 2nd & 3rd Saturday + Sunday
