Job Description

Role: Core Technical Support Experience: 1.5+ Years Location: Pune CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA Interview: Virtual Interview Voice Process: Voice Support experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers/users through voice and other support channels.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.

Perform basic issue diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation when required.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex issues.

Ensure excellent customer experience and professional communication.

Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

1.5+ years of experience in Technical Support / IT Support / Core Technical Support.

Previous voice process experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
