Job Summary
Own HR operations for 180+ staff across head office and project sites - recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination and site labour welfare.
Location: New Delhi
Type: Full-time
Experience: 5-10 years
Responsibilities
Run recruitment for engineers, supervisors and site staff
Maintain statutory compliance - PF, ESI, labour licenses
Coordinate payroll, leave and site transfer processes
Oversee labour welfare and grievance handling at sites
Qualifications
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
5-10 years of HR experience, construction/infrastructure preferred
Familiarity with labour-law compliance for project sites
