Relationship Executive (MALE)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare centres for lead generation.

2. Meet doctors and healthcare professionals to promote healthcare-related services.

3. Counsel prospective clients and generate qualified leads.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and hospital staff.

5. Conduct presentations and regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

6. Maintain daily activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.

7. Support client enrolment, documentation, and payment collection.

8. Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.

Other requirements

1. Qualification: Graduate in Science .

2. Experience: 0–3 years; freshers may apply.

3. Preferred: Male candidates.

4. Mandatory: Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

6. Candidates must be residents of the location for which they are applying.

7. Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

8. Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,05,000 - 4,10,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /year
