Role & Responsibilities

Prospect, onboard, and manage a portfolio of B2B corporate clients, family offices, and institutional investors across key Indian markets.Design and present customized investment structures (debt, equity, hybrid) aligned with client risk-return profiles and regulatory frameworks.Collaborate with product & legal teams to structure bespoke funding solutions including securitization, NCDs, private placements, and structured deposits.Drive pipeline growth through targeted outreach, industry events, and referralsachieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Manage relationship lifecycle from KYC onboarding to post-sales service, ensuring compliance, transparency, and client retention.Prepare pitch decks, investment memos, and performance dashboards tailored to senior decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Investment Committees).
