The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, pitching our services, and converting prospects into customers. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.Understand client needs and present appropriate service offerings (Mobile Apps, Websites, UI/UX, etc.).Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline.Schedule client meetings and demos for the Business Development team.Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.Maintain CRM tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Required Skills:1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in IT or digital services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
