Customer Care Executive – Key Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues. Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow company SOPs, processes, and quality standards. Maintain customer records and update CRM/tickets. Escalate complex issues to the concerned team. Follow up with customers when required. Meet assigned KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets. Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality.
