BPO Trainer / Salary Up To 30K

Hiring For BPO Trainer

Location: Ambegaon BK,Pune

Experience: 1 - 3 years (BPO Training preferred)

Responsibilities:-

Train new hires on process knowledge, communication skills, and product basics.

Deliver classroom and on-floor training as required.

Prepare training materials, assessments, and SOPs.

Track trainee performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.

Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Quality teams.

Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance data.

Conduct refresher sessions and support employees during OJT.

Identify training gaps and suggest improvement plans.

Skills:-

Required Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good understanding of BPO processes (Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service).

Ability to handle trainee groups confidently.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT).

Good observation and feedback skills.

Qualification:-

Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer (BPO preferred)

Salary:- Up to 30,000 (Depends On Interview) .
