Voice and Accent Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions focused on voice modulation, pronunciation, and accent neutralization to improve the communication skills of customer support staff.
• Develop training materials and resources that cater to the needs of the team and align with the company's objectives.
• Assess the training needs of employees and provide tailored coaching to enhance their performance in inbound call scenarios.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in communication strategies and training programs.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in voice and accent training, preferably in a customer support environment.
• Strong understanding of international voice processes and the nuances of effective communication.
