Sales and Marketing - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:Alpha Celium is seeking a confident, organised, and digitally capable Sales & Marketing Associate to support Schoolola, an Australian education and tutoring business.

This is a varied role combining telecalling, lead management, appointment booking, AI-assisted content creation, and digital marketing support. Training will be provided on our services, systems, scripts, and processes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Sales, Telecalling & Lead Management

1. Make and receive calls using cloud-based telecalling systems.

2. Communicate with business prospects in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.

3. Follow structured call scripts and sales guidelines.

4. Explain basic information about Schoolola services after training.

5. Schedule appointments and meetings for senior team members.

6. Follow up with leads and prospects consistently.

7. Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM.

8. Coordinate communication between prospects and internal team members.

9. Maintain professional telephone etiquette at all times.

10. Ensure leads are followed through carefully without missed calls, appointments, or follow-ups.

B. Marketing & Content Support

1. Create marketing content using ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, and other AI tools.

2. Assist with social media posts, advertisements, promotional materials, and basic marketing campaigns.

3. Support the team with Facebook/Meta Ads after training.

4. Assist with basic video editing for social media and advertisements.

5. Create or record simple professional voice-overs where required.

6. Assist with the preparation of images, Reels, videos, and other digital content.

7. Understand how AI tools, integrations, and connectors can be used to improve workflows and productivity.

8. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 20,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 10,000 /month

1. Remote work from home role based in India

2. Working hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST aligned with Australian time zones

3. Work schedule of 40 hours per week with some flexibility

4. Monthly compensation of ₹20,000 with additional performance-based incentives

5. Incentives linked to call quality, sales skills, appointment bookings, and product knowledge
