About Us

Sound Plus Speech & Hearing Centre is a growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation centre dedicated to helping children and adults improve their communication, speech, language, and hearing abilities. We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Speech Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
• Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home-based therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Qualifications

• BASLP or MASLP from a recognized institution.
• Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and individuals with communication disorders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pediatric speech and language therapy.
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech delay, hearing impairment, AAC, and language disorders is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary

28,000 40,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
