You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that align with business goals.🔧 Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end implementation of Order Management workflows on the ServiceNow platformConduct workshops to gather requirements and define future-state processesDesign and configure ServiceNow solutions using best practices and platform capabilitiesIntegrate Order Management with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., CSM, FSM, ITSM) and external systemsDevelop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and solution blueprintsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developersPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectivesSupport UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization📚 Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in ServiceNow Order Management and related modulesStrong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and APIsExperience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service CatalogHands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio and scoped applicationsServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions🌟 Preferred Experience:Telecom, e-commerce, or supply chain domain exposureFamiliarity with AI/ML integrations within ServiceNow workflowsExperience with Agile delivery methodologies
