About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the Biopharma team in laboratory-based analytical activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.

2. Support protein and peptide characterization activities and related analytical workflows.

3. Assist in biopharmaceutical analytical testing as per established procedures and instructions.

4. Support analytical method development and validation activities.

5. Gain practical exposure to and assist with handling of laboratory instruments and analytical data.

6. Assist in stability studies, sample handling, observations, and data recording.

7. Perform basic data analysis, documentation, and review of experimental results under supervision.

8. Maintain accurate laboratory records, worksheets, and technical documentation as required.

9. Follow applicable laboratory procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements.

10. Participate in technical discussions, training sessions, and project-related activities within the Biopharma department.

11. Work closely with experienced Biopharma professionals and incorporate their technical guidance and feedback.

12. Strong interest in biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical R&D.2. Good academic background with CGPA 7.0 or above.3. Academic projects, laboratory training, or practical exposure related to biopharma/pharmaceutical sciences will be preferred.5. Basic understanding of laboratory instruments, analytical techniques, and data analysis is desirable.6. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.7. Willingness to learn and work in a laboratory-based, industry-oriented environment.8. Able to commit to the complete 3-month, full-time, on-site internship.9. Recent graduates/2025 batch candidates are preferred.10.
