Customer Voice Process Executive

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to 30,000 + Variables

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to address their queries and provide information about products and services.Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.Query Resolution: Answer customer queries effectively and efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service delivery.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve common goals and targets.

Requirements

Education: Any graduate (freshers are encouraged to apply).Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable with using computers.Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
