Quality Assurance (QA) Tester / Engineer

A QA Tester for SaaS products in Delhi requires manual and automation skills, API testing experience, and a hybrid work setup. Key requirements include test case execution, bug tracking, and cloud platform familiarity.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Execution: Design, write, and execute detailed test cases for web-based SaaS platforms.Testing Types: Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing for new feature releases.API & Backend Validation: Test RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured.Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs via Jira, working closely with developers for root-cause analysis.Automation (Preferred): Maintain and expand basic UI/API automation scripts using Selenium or Cypress with Python/Java. Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.SaaS Experience: Proven background in testing cloud-hosted, multi-tenant subscription applications.Core Skills: Strong grasp of SDLC/STLC processes, SQL querying, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and cross-functional communication.Role: Quality Assurance (QA) Tester / EngineerLocation: Delhi / NCR (Hybrid 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)Experience: 2 to 5 years in software testingIndustry: B2B / B2C SaaS Products .
