Manufacturing Excellence Manager Operational Excellence | Pharma

We are seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity, and manufacturing-performance initiatives within a pharmaceutical production environment.

The role will work across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain and technical functions to improve efficiency, reliability, quality, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing excellence and continuous-improvement programs.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, throughput and operational efficiency.

Drive Lean, Six Sigma and process-improvement initiatives.

Analyze manufacturing KPIs, OEE, downtime, yield and production losses.

Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action programs.

Standardize manufacturing processes and best practices.

Support capacity expansion, process optimization and manufacturing projects.

Work with Engineering and Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.

Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to maintain GMP-compliant processes.

Develop performance dashboards and operational metrics.

Lead cross-functional improvement projects.

Train and mentor manufacturing teams in Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
