RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline. 5+ years of experience in supermarket, grocery, or retail store management. Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and merchandising. Good leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and customer handling abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and retail software is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Preferred BackgroundCandidates from supermarkets and retail chains such as Reliance Retail, More, Spar, Nature's Basket, Star Bazaar, Metro, Lulu, or similar grocery retail formats will be preferred.
