Job description
Global Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Identify and engage top-tier talent for technical, enterprise, and corporate functions using specialized job portals, tech communities, and AI sourcing tools.
Resume Screening & Shortlisting: Assess candidate profiles against detailed skill matrices, functional requirements, and experience criteria across various GCC business lines.
Interview Coordination & Logistics: Handle complex, multi-time-zone interview scheduling (Microsoft Teams, video panels, loop interviews) between global hiring managers and candidates.
ATS Operations & Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous candidate data, status updates, and recruitment metrics in our Enterprise ATS / (SuccessFactors).
Stakeholder Interaction & Support: Partner with TA leads and HR business partners to track SLA turnarounds, prepare hiring status reports, and support candidate offer rollouts.
Employer Branding & University Relations: Assist in campus recruitment drives, employer branding campaigns, and talent mapping initiatives across key tech/management hubs.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or final-year undergraduate student in Business, Communications, Psychology, or relevant disciplines.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with professional fluency to engage with stakeholders and candidates across global regions.
