will be responsible for overseeing all production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards within the plant.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the production facility.Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met.Oversee inventory management and supply chain operations.Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.Lead, train, and develop production staff.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.Oversee plant engineering activities including machinery upgrades, installation, and process improvements.Maintain plant infrastructure and equipment reliability.
