Academic Counseling Trainee - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct 1:1 conversations with students to understand their interests, strengths, aspirations and academic/career goals

2. Maintain and update student leads in the CRM; track conversations, next actions, conversion stages and follow-up dates.

3. Assist in conducting student/parent orientation sessions, webinars, counseling sessions and program presentations.

4. Coordinate with school representatives, teachers and counselors for student outreach, sessions, applications and program execution.

5. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 12,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 20,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 480000/year
