A leading, high-growth FMCG / Consumer Wellness organisation is looking for a senior HR leader to drive its Corporate HRBP and Learning & Organisation Development agenda.

Team: 5 Direct Reports

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HRBP for Corporate FunctionsLead organisation-wide L&OD, Leadership Development & Capability BuildingDrive Talent Management, Succession Planning & Career DevelopmentOwn Employee Engagement, Employee Experience & Employer Branding initiativesLead Organisation Effectiveness, Workforce Planning & Change ManagementDrive organisation-wide onboarding, induction and people initiativesLead and develop a high-performing HR/L&OD teamOversee select Corporate Administration & employee-facing services

Ideal Profile:

15+ years of HR experienceMBA/PG from a Premier B-SchoolStrong experience across HRBP + L&OD + Leadership DevelopmentExperience in a large, complex, high-growth organisation; FMCG/Consumer sector preferredStrong stakeholder management and enterprise mindset .
