Stem Innovation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate hands-on STEM learning through robotics, coding, design thinking, and engineering activities.

2. Mentor students in creative problem-solving and innovation projects.

3. Develop student projects, prototypes, and practical learning modules.

4. Coordinate with teachers, volunteers, and external partners for lab activities.

5. Develop cutting-edge solutions using embedded systems and IoT technology.

6. Design and implement Arduino and ESP32-based projects for various applications.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in STEM fields and contribute to the company's innovation roadmap.

8. Manage ATAL Tinkering Lab, robotics lab, or maker space operations, equipment, safety, and inventory.

9. Organize workshops, innovation challenges, and competitions for student engagement.

10. Represent the lab during visits from partners, donors, and school leadership.

11. Monitor program progress, evaluate outcomes, and suggest improvements.

Other requirements

1. Proficiency in programming (C, C++, Python), IoT, embedded systems, and STEM education.

2. Strong hands-on experience in robotics, automation, design thinking, and innovation-based learning.

3. Experience with Arduino, ESP, Raspberry Pi, LEGO, and similar robotics platforms.

4. Knowledge of IoT platforms, devices, and rapid prototyping tools.

5. Skills in 3D design and fabrication technologies.

6. Strong engineering mindset with research, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

8. Ability to establish, manage, and scale robotics labs and tinkering clubs in schools.

9. Highly motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about education and emerging technologies.

10. Eligibility: BTech in ECE or MSc in electronics.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,41,000 - 3,02,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
