Spice Processing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management: Run daily processing operations including cleaning, grading, roasting, grinding, blending, and packing.Quality and Food Safety: Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards, ensuring end to end product traceability.Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement strategies to reduce waste and increase output yield.Team Leadership: Manage factory workers, shift supervisors, and operators, and conduct on the job safety and hygiene training.Inventory and Maintenance: Monitor raw goods and coordinate preventive maintenance for machinery.
