Insurance Operations - Internship

About the internship:Are you looking to kickstart your career in the insurance industry? Spectra Assets Private Limited is looking for a motivated 'Insurance Operations Intern' to join our team! As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in insurance operations, policy processing, documentation, and client servicing while working with industry professionals.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with day-to-day insurance back-office operations.

2. Prepare, verify, and maintain policy documentation and client records.

3. Generate and update insurance quotations.

4. Coordinate with RMs and insurance companies for case processing and policy servicing.

5. Process commission (CC) entries through the insurance portal.

6. Track policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and pending cases.

7. Follow up on documents, approvals, and pending requirements.

8. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across CRM records.

9. Support the team with operational and administrative tasks.
