Human Resource Executive

We are hiring a Human Resource Executive for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and people-focused recent graduate to kick-start their career in HR, working closely with experienced professionals to support end-to-end HR functions.

Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates

Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees

Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files

Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management

Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events

Support performance management processes, including appraisal cycles

Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures

Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving letters)

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Support in organizing training and development programs

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (MBA-HR preferred but not mandatory)

Good understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor law basics

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Ability to work well in a team and coordinate across departments

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
