Job description
Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
