About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend customers, understand their requirements, suggest suitable bridal and designer outfit styles, and take accurate body measurements.

2. Coordinate daily with cutting masters, tailors, hand embroidery workers, and finishing staff to ensure orders are completed on time.

3. Possess practical knowledge of cutting, stitching, garment construction, fittings, and finishing to guide the team effectively.

4. Monitor order progress, check garment quality and measurements, coordinate alterations, and ensure timely delivery.

5. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bridal boutique, designer boutique, or customized tailoring business.2. Good communication skills, customer-handling ability, responsibility, and strong coordination skills.5. Candidates with experience in bridal blouses, Maggam work, Aari work, lehengas, gowns, and designer ethnic wear will be preferred.6.
