Junior Human Resources Executive | Jr HR Executive | 1-3 yrs | Mumbai

HRMS ManagementWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations with hands-on experience in recruitment and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of employee lifecycle management, HRMS, attendance, HR documentation, and statutory compliances, along with strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition [50%]:

End-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate onboarding.

Schedule and coordinate interviews, conduct preliminary HR interviews.

Coordinate offer roll-out and salary negotiations.

Employee Onboarding, Exit Formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports.

HR Operations [50%]:

Statutory Compliance [Mandatory] -- (1) Maintain & update statutory compliance records related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, (2) Coordinate with consultants, (3) Track statutory due dates, etc.

Attendance & Leave Management

HRMS Management

Maintain employee personal files, HR documentation.

Draft HR letters.

Support the performance appraisal process.

Preferred candidate profile:

Mandatory hands-on experience in statutory HR compliance.

Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and applicable labour compliances.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Knowledge of onboarding and exit processes.

Experience with HRMS software.

Good understanding of attendance and leave management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Days & Time: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off) 10 AM - 6 PM
