Senior Business Development Associate

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to drive enrollments and revenue growth for our EdTech offerings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement, with the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle high-quality inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollmentsConduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learner goals and recommend suitable programsDrive end-to-end sales cycle: lead engagement, follow-ups, objection handling, and closuresConsistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targetsMaintain accurate data in CRM and ensure timely follow-upsBuild strong rapport with students, working professionals, and parentsSupport junior BDAs through guidance, best practices, and on-call assistanceCoordinate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless learner onboardingProvide market feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and offeringsEligibility & Requirements2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Education CounselingPrior experience in EdTech, BFSI, Telecom, or high-ticket sales preferredStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environmentExperience using CRM tools and sales dashboardsSkills RequiredAdvanced sales and negotiation skillsStrong objection-handling and closing abilitiesCustomer-centric and solution-oriented approachTime management and pipeline ownershipLeadership mindset and mentoring capability
