Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:-Requirements Documentation: Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, and SRS to ensure clear understanding of business requirements among stakeholders and the development team.Wireframing: Create wireframes and basic process flows to explain project workflows and user interface requirements.Project Task Management: Create, assign, and track project tasks to ensure timely delivery.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct and support UAT to ensure the solution meets business requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in business processes and suggest better solutions.Team Support: Guide and support junior Business Analysts when required.Required Skills: -Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and documentation skillsExperience with tools like JIRA, Asana, and FigmaUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesExperience with Power BI, Excel, or other data visualization tools is a plusKnowledge of AI tools such as Notion AI, Fireflies AI is a plus
