The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance and a proven track record in agent recruitment and management. As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving sales performance, and developing strategies to enhance the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the life insurance sector.
• Foster strong relationships with agents and clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to agents to help them meet their goals.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support for agents.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the BFSI sector.
• Proven experience in agent recruitment and management.
