Job description
About us
Revolve Realty works with hostel owners, property owners and investors in student housing. We fix running hostels that aren't filling up. We convert buildings into hostels and hand them over or run them ourselves. We also bring investors together to own and operate purpose-built student accommodation.
We're a small team that is growing quickly. We're building the core team now, and the people who join at this stage will shape how this company works.
The role
This is a Founder's Office role. You'll work directly with the founders, sit in on key conversations, and be the person who takes their plans out into the market and gets them done.
You'll be the person who finds the buildings, opens the doors and gets the deals done. This is not a desk job. You'll spend most of your week out in the market. You'll walk through micro-markets and meet developers, co-living operators and brokers. You'll sit down with owners of buildings and hostels that are struggling and need help turning around. You'll also chase vendors for quotes.
The role will grow as fast as you do. If you show you can own outcomes, you'll get more responsibility, a team, and a bigger say in where we go next.
What you'll own
Find new and upcoming buildings suited for hostels and student housing.
Spot existing hostels and co-living properties that are underperforming and could use our help.
Build partnerships and sign channel partner agreements with high-end brokers.
Do on-ground micro-market research: which colleges are nearby, what competitors charge, where demand is, and what's coming up.
Set up meetings with hostel and co-living operators, building owners, upcoming building developers and major brokers.
Coordinate deals through to closure.
Own documentation and registration, and follow up until everything is signed and done.
Own building audits for new and existing properties.
Coordinate property readiness so buildings are ready before the season starts.
Find local vendors (food, laundry, housekeeping, maintenance, furnishing and so on) and set up meetings.
Handle first-round negotiations and brief vendors on what we need.
Put vendor contracts in place.
Who we're looking for
Someone hungry. You want to grow fast and you're willing to put in the work for it.
Someone who takes ownership. When something is on your plate, you close it without being chased.
You can walk into any room and hold your own: a developer's office, a co-living operator's HQ, a broker's firm, or a meeting with the owner of a building that isn't working.
You can listen to someone's problem, understand what's going wrong with their property, and show them how we can fix it.
You like being on the ground more than behind a screen.
You're organised enough to track many conversations, documents and follow-ups at once.
You speak English and Hindi well. Marathi is a plus.
You have 1–3 years in real estate, leasing, channel sales, hospitality or co-living BD. Freshers with real drive will be considered.
What you get
Work directly with the founders and see how every deal and decision is made.
Build a network with investors, HNIs and UHNIs as we put together our investment-backed student housing projects. Few BD roles at this level give you that kind of exposure.
A role that expands with you. We're looking for people to grow into key positions, not just fill a seat.
Fixed salary plus BD incentives on every deal you bring in and close.
