Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage a team of recruiters, allocate hiring requirements, and monitor daily performance.Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking.Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency assessments.Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality-of-hire metrics.Prepare and analyze recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and recruitment KPIs.Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs.Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.Mentor, guide, and train the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.Required Skills

Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills using multiple hiring platforms.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job portals.Ability to work in a fast-paced.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.Experience in recruitment for IT & Non-IT, Telecom, or Corporate functions will be preferred.Compensation: 40,[hidden],000.00 per month
