Key

Responsibilities:

Client

Relationship Management: Act as the primary

point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.

Onboarding

& Implementation: Support new clients

onboarding, explaining processes, timelines, and requirements clearly.

Service

Delivery Oversight: Monitor end -to -end BGV

processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

Issue

Resolution: Handle client escalations promptly,

working with internal teams for effective resolution.

Performance

Reporting: Share periodic updates, reports, and

insights with clients to maintain transparency.

Cross -sell

& Upsell Support: Collaborate with business

development teams to identify opportunities for service expansion.

Relationship

Building: Conduct regular review meetings with

clients to build long -term partnerships.

Requirements

Skills

& Qualifications:

years of experience in Customer Success / Client Servicing roles within

BGV or HR services.

Strong communication,

relationship management, and problem -solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Ability to manage multiple

clients and deadlines efficiently.

Customer -oriented mindset with

a focus on service excellence.
