Working Days & Timings

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Working Days: 5.5 Days

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities for multiple clients across IT, Non-IT, BPO, and other industries.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Handle bulk/volume hiring as well as individual requirements based on client needs.

Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic discussions to assess candidates against job requirements.

Understand and effectively communicate Job Descriptions, role requirements, career opportunities, and client expectations to candidates.

Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.

Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Draft professional emails, candidate communication, interview confirmations, follow-ups, and client updates.

Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment MIS.

Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand requirements and achieve time-bound hiring targets.

Ensure regular follow-ups for interview scheduling, feedback, documentation, offers, and joining.

Meet individual and team recruitment targets/KPIs while maintaining quality of hiring.

Required Skills

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Strong knowledge of Talent Sourcing and Recruitment processes.

Experience working on job portals and recruitment databases.

Good exposure to bulk/volume hiring.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong telephonic screening and candidate engagement skills.

Good email drafting and professional communication abilities.

Ability to understand different job profiles and identify relevant candidates.

Strong follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment tools/portals.
