Job Title: Lead Recruiter

Experience: 1-4 Years ( IT & Non-Hiring )

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5 Days)

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to join our growing team in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi. As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing,screening, and hiring candidates for various IT and Non-IT roles across multiple industries. You should have at least 1-4 years of experience in IT and Non-IT hiring and be proficient in managing the entire recruitment process and Team Handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for

various ITand Non-IT roles.

Source potential candidates through multiple channels, including job

portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and conduct

preliminary interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and

ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to

onboarding.

Maintain and update the candidate database and keep track of hiring

metrics.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely

communication and feedback.

Requirements:

1-4years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with various job portals social media recruitment and

applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
