The Role:

• You build the tools WWS runs on and the products the healthcare industry uses. Every line of code reaches a real person doing real work.

What You Will Own - Your Responsibilities :

• Create and maintain technical documentation (APIs, PRDs, system design, user guides)
• Translate product requirements into clear technical specifications
• Understand and enhance SaaS platform architecture and scalability
• Design and manage data models and ERDs
• Contribute to cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP, microservices, containerization)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability

Non-Negotiable Metric :

• UNIT TEST PASS RATE + DEPLOYMENT ERROR REDUCTION
• Target: ≥ 95% | ↓ 15% YoY

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of Experience in Product Engineering
• Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture & microservices
• Expertise in technical documentation & ERDs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with APIs (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficient in Git/version control
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
