Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Executive with experience in end-to-end recruitment to join i2Global Virtual Learning, Bengaluru. The candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring for technical and non-technical roles.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and achieve hiring targets.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.

Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.

Build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Experience hiring for EdTech, SaaS, technology, or sales roles is preferred.

Good sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
