Agency Sales Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Agency Sales Manager to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the agency channel, focusing on life insurance products. This role requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and clients, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the agency channel.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to enhance sales performance.
• Foster strong relationships with agents and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the insurance sector.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.

Required Skills:
