HR Recruitment Trainee / HR Recruiter
Location: Uttam Nagar East Metro Station
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Working: 6 Days
Job Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, references and other channels.
Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
Explain job opportunities, company details and career opportunities to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate offer, joining and post-selection formalities.
Maintain candidate records, ATS and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
Work towards assigned sourcing, CV submission, interview and joining targets.
Support the recruitment team in achieving overall hiring targets.
Requirements
Graduate / pursuing graduation; relevant recruitment experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing, screening and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment portals.
Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
