Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR policies, statutory compliance & labour laws.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions & engagement.
Manage recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning for permanent/contract employees.
Drive PMS, training, talent development & career initiatives.
Manage attendance, payroll inputs, benefits & HR records.
Coordinate with EHS on safety, compliance & accident-related matters.
