Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Developer

Location: Pan India / Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Responsible for designing and building integrations between ITSM and external systems to support Incident, Change, Request, and Problem processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server
• Integrate ITSM with monitoring, identity, HR, and third-party tools
• Build Scripted REST APIs and IntegrationHub spokes
• Handle data mapping, transformation, and error handling
• Ensure secure authentication (OAuth, Basic, API keys)

Required Skills

• Solid ITSM knowledge (Incident, Change, Request)
• REST/SOAP, JSON, XML
• Script Includes, GlideAjax, Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub, MID Server
