Talent Acquisition - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:VerveSchool helps companies build exceptional customer-facing teams. Good candidates are easier to lose than to find. A delayed response, a missed follow-up, or a poorly coordinated interview is often enough to lose them.

You will help identify candidates, coordinate hiring activities, manage communication, and support the hiring process from sourcing to placement. This is a remote role requiring 5 to 6 hours per day. VerveSchool provides candidate pools.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and shortlist candidates for open roles

2. Reach out to potential candidates through different channels

3. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

4. Maintain candidate records and hiring trackers

5. Support candidates through the placement process
