Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Create, schedule, publish, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Write captions and coordinate graphics, photos, videos, and other creative content. Manage the social media content calendar and maintain consistent brand messaging. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions. Grow and engage the organization’s online community. Track social media trends, hashtags, platform updates, and competitor activity. Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions. Prepare regular social media performance reports and recommend improvements. Plan and manage paid social media campaigns where required. Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, PR, and other teams. Work with influencers, creators, and brand partners when appropriate. Help manage the company’s online reputation and respond appropriately to social media issues or crises. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and copywriting skills, creativity, knowledge of major social platforms, content planning, basic graphic/video editing, analytics and reporting, time management, and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
