Sale Manager LAP

The Sales Manager - LAP is responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, sourcing quality Loan Against Property cases, managing customer relationships, and ensuring portfolio quality within the assigned geography. The role involves team management, business development, customer acquisition, and coordination with credit, legal, technical, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing and portfolio management. Achieve 100% of assigned business targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market mapping, open market activities, and channel development. Generate LAP business through self-sourcing, referrals, connectors, and existing customer relationships. Conduct marketing activities such as canopy activities, leafleting, and customer meets to increase brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
