Qualification Required5+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM (Cloud and/or EBS)4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM CloudMinimum of 1 end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM CloudStrong experience and knowledge for HCM modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management and PayrollIn-depth knowledge on the various configuration/setup aspects - required for meeting customer-specific needsFamiliarity with workflows, roles, and approvals in HCMProficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas.Lead and conduct various workshops with customer Requirements Gathering, CRP, UATManage and mentor junior Functional Consultants / AnalystsUnderstanding of Testing / QA Lifecycle and Test case design (positive, negative, regression, smoke)Managing test execution in non-prod (TEST/STAGE) environments.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with OpKey Web, OpKey Surge, or OpKey Agent.Experience with OpKey Smart Recorder for capturing user actions.Use of test sets and execution suites in OpKey.Ability to create test cases using OpKey keywords (reusable components).Knowledge of OpKeys script less automation approach (drag-drop interface).Data-driven testing with Test Data Management in OpKey.Optionally, understanding of JavaScript or Groovy for custom logic if required. .
